Precidency :
1. President (Firany Dini Safitri)
– Responsible for all activities that held by EEC
– Maintain the existence and good name of eec
– Communicate with EEC coach and the Faculty of Engineering

2. Vice President (Indriani Kusumaningrum)
– Ensure the synergy of all EEC organizer when doing their duties
– Control all internal EEC activities
– Replace the president’s role when needed

3. Secretary (Yuyun Tri Kurnia Asih)
– Responsible to archiving all the documentation of EEC
– Manage the matrix of activity schedules, TOR, proposals and accountability reports with the secretary of activities
– Ensure that incoming mail is forwarded and received to the destination address

4. Treasury (Ilham Fathur Rahman)
– Treasurer is responsible for the financial flow of each division.
– Treasurer manages and records management of the EEC’s deposit
– Monitoring all income and outcome of EEC in big book

HRD (Human Resources Department) is the department responsible for the development and management of human resources in this organization.
HRD have saveral Programs:
1. DPJ (Database, Pickets, Jackets)
Workers who make database management, manufacture, and control picket schedules and make identity jackets.

2. Upgrading
Engineering English Club annual project focuses on increasing the capacity of knowledge in the organization.

3. EEC’s Anniv
This event is held for celebrating EEC’s Birthday.

4. Training Member
EEC member selection which is a form of recruitment function.

5. EPIC (EEC’s Picnic)
Program of EEC which aims to maintain emotional stability and increase management productivity.

6. Conference
EEC Member Conference which aims to discuss AD / ART, Organization Rules and EEC Chair Election.

7. Certified You
Program appreciation to organizers in the form of organizational certificates.

Education Department (EDU) is the department to facilitate organizers and Engineering Students to learn English by creating an exciting environment in FT UNSOED.
EDU have saveral Programs:
1. English Class
Optimizing monthly learning as the main facility in order to develop English skills especially for Organizer EEC.

2. Toefl Class
This program consists of TOEFL class and TOEFL test for all students in the engineering faculty

TDD (Talent Development Department). We are a department that accommodates the interests and talents of engineering student. We have 3 work programs:
1. Calling Delegates
This program delegates engineering students to join competitions based on english around Unsoed or others for example speech, story telling, etc. We also provide some of exercise before the competition.
2. Passion of Debate (PoD)
This program is focuses on debate and consist of debate class and debate competition.
3. English Festival (EFEST)
This is one of our big event in EEC. We organize competitions in English for all Unsoed students.

MPRD (Media and Public Relation Department) is the department whose responsible to organize EEC social media and maintaining the excistence of EEC.
MPRD have saveral Programs:
1. Public Relation
Consists of EEC goes to school and study comparison. This program focuses on maintaining the existence of EEC in Unsoed environment with social activities and visits

2. Cyber ​​EEC
provide the latest information about EEC on all social media

3. Wall Magazine
As you can see the name, this program is to provide written information about the latest news, works, documentation
